The transfers work similar this:
From PS3:
1 fourth dimension to PC
i time to PS4
orone time to XOne
From X360:
one time to PC
one time to PS4
or1 time to XOne
From PS4: (new character or transfered business relationship from PS3/X360)
1 time to PC
From XOne: (new character or transfered account from PS3/X360)
1 time to PC
So, in your case, the transfers will work like this:
Transfer 1: from PS3 to PS4
Transfer ii: from PS4 to PC

why cant i transfer my (one)ps3 graphic symbol that i already transfered to (2)ps4 to my (3)pc. i got all heist gear on my ps3 while my ps4 version was not used much. would be helpful to get whatever information since i would like this on the pc online mode

srs note why cant i transfer my previous version from ps3, the ps4 version of my character which i transfered was non working so i never played information technology. what is so hard for rockstar to transfer over the ps3 character once again to pc.

its not about a question of money, i doesnt even make a difference in coin if i tin can get my ps4 or ps3 version. the existent bs is i completed heist on ps3 unlocked everything, but before that i transfered to ps4. i just want to be able to import a complete version of my unlockables when im on pc
